Reserve your desirable item for up to 90 days by paying the initial deposit. You may at any time pay the remaining outstanding amount of an item, rather than waiting until the payment due date.

NO REFUNDS
Layaway payments and all related charges are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please ensure you review all item photos and details thoroughly before committing to a layaway plan.

DOWN PAYMENT
A 30-50% down payment plus applicable taxes and shipping charges (orders outside of Canada) will be required for all layaway orders.

NO DISCOUNTS
No promotional offers, store credits or coupons may be applied on the layaway down payment.

SHIPPING
Once your item has been paid in full, we will promptly ship it to you. If the item was not subject to a “Free Shipping” policy at the time of the original purchase, you will be required to pay shipping charges. Only one item may be checked out using layaway at one time.

CANCELLATION & LATE PENALTY FEE
We will cancel a layaway in the event that you fail to make a scheduled payment on the due date. Your deposit will be lost and your item(s) will be made available for sale. If you require an extension, there will be a late penalty charge of $150 per week from the due date. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.
