Haute Classics appreciates the loyalty of our customers and consignors over the years and as such we are always improving and evolving to better suit the needs and demands of our clientele. Effective immediately as of December 15, 2016, we will be implementing a change in the business structure. Our focus and attention will be directed into our online presence, and therefore our physical location will no longer be accommodating walk-in sales. Our beautifully curated space at 1961 Avenue Road will function on an appointment-only basis.
What this means for you as a consignor:
- Appointments can still be made to drop off/ pick up merchandise
- Appointments can still be made to pick up payments
What this means for you as a customer:
- Appointments can be made to come in and view merchandise in person in a more personal and private setting
- Appointments can be made to setup/ make layaway payments
Due to the changes in the business structure, Haute Classics can dedicate more time and focus into answering all questions/concerns, providing additional images, videos and information regarding any of our merchandise seen online (website, Facebook, Instagram). We will have more time to ensure all products are posted and available online quicker and with more efficiency.
